近年来随着国际毒品来源地多元化,毒品供给能力持续增强,国内毒品需求不断上升,在广东等沿海地区,非洲籍涉毒违法犯罪现象突出,其中,尼日利亚籍则占有很大的比例。本文以尼日利亚籍贩毒人员为例,分析阐述非洲籍外国人在我国贩毒的情况、寻找普遍规律,提出打击非洲籍涉毒犯罪对策。 In recent years, with the diversification of international drug sources, drug supply capacity has continued to increase, and domestic demand for drugs has continued to rise. In coastal areas such as Guangdong, the phenomenon of drug-related crimes committed by Africans has been prominent, among which, Nigerians have a large proportion. This article takes Nigerian drug trafficking personnel as an example to analyze and describe the situation of African drug trafficking in our country, find universal laws, and put forward measures to combat African-related drug crimes.
