目的探讨新疆维、汉民族乳腺良恶性组织中Anexelekto(Axl)及其配体生长停滞特异性基因6蛋白(Growtharrest specific gene 6,Gas6)的表达及其临床病理意义。方法选择2006年1月-2007年1月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院乳腺外科收治的Ⅰ~Ⅲ期可手术且临床及病理资料完整的乳腺癌患者252例及乳腺良性增生21例,用免疫组化PV-9000法检测Axl及其配体Gas6的表达情况,分析其表达情况与临床病理指标的关系。结果在乳腺癌组织中Axl蛋白的阳性表达率为63.5%,明显高于正常对照组织的28.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Gas6在癌组织的阳性表达率为47.6%,明显高于正常对照组织的23.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同民族、不同年龄组、不同病理类型及不同分子分型组间Axl和Gas6蛋白的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Axl和Gas6蛋白的阳性表达率随着肿瘤T分期及组织学分级的增高而增高,差异均具有统计意义(P<0.05);在淋巴结有转移组的Axl和Gas6蛋白的阳性表达率分别为70.4%、56.3%,明显高于淋巴结无转移组的50.9%和36.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在脉管有浸润组的Axl和Gas6蛋白的阳性表达率也明显高于无浸润组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新疆维、汉民族良恶性病变组织中Axl、Gas6的表达水平与肿瘤的T分期、组织学分级、腋窝淋巴结转移及脉管浸润有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of Anexelekto (Axl) and its ligand growth arrest specific gene 6 (Gas6) in benign and malignant breast tissue of Uygur and Han ethnic groups in Xinjiang. Methods One hundred and twenty-two breast cancer patients with stage I~III stage surgery and complete clinical and pathological data were selected from January 2006 to January 2007 at the Department of Breast Surgery, Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. Immunohistochemistry was used in 252 cases of benign breast hyperplasia. PV-9000 method was used to detect the expression of Axl and its ligand Gas6, and the relationship between their expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Axl protein in breast cancer tissues was 63.5%, which was significantly higher than that in normal control tissues (28.6%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of Gas6 in cancer tissues was 47.6%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant (23.8%). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Axl and Gas6 protein between different nationalities, different age groups, different pathological types and different molecular typing groups (P>0.05). The positive expression rates of Axl and Gas6 proteins were associated with tumor T staging and The histological grading increased and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of Axl and Gas6 protein in the lymph node metastasis group were 70.4% and 56.3%, respectively, which was significantly higher than 50.9 in the lymph node metastasis group. % and 36.4%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the positive expression rate of Axl and Gas6 protein in the vessel infiltrating group was also significantly higher than the non-invasive group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of Axl and Gas6 in benign and malignant lesions in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Han Nationality is closely related to tumor T staging, histological grade, axillary lymph node metastasis, and vascular invasion.
