目的:探讨胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶(cystathi-onineγ-lyase,CSE)在肺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测40例肺癌组织中CSE和以CD34为标记的微血管密度(MVD)的表达情况。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计学处理,用χ2检验对计数资料进行统计学分析,对于计量资料实验结果用-x±s表示,以两组之间采用非匹配t检验。结果:肺癌组织标本中CSE的表达阳性率(75%)明显高于正常肺组织阳性率(25%),并与肿瘤大小(χ2=9.404,P=0.020)及分化程度(χ2=6.078,P=0.048)相关;MVD在肺癌组织的表达为43.60±7.57,明显高于正常组织(30.25±7.61),两者经统计学分析t=7.314,P=0.00,差异有统计学意义。MVD与肿瘤大小、分化程度及TNM分期相关,P<0.05。CSE与MVD两者呈正相关,t=3.65,P=0.010。结论:CSE参与了肿瘤的血管新生过程,可能对促进肺癌的发生和发展具有重大意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cystathi-γ-lyase (CSE) in lung cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of CSE and CD34-labeled microvessel density (MVD) in 40 lung cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis, with χ2 test for statistical analysis of the count data, the experimental results for the measurement data using -x ± s said, using the non-matching t-test between the two groups. Results: The positive rate of CSE expression in lung cancer specimens was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues (75%) (25%), and significantly correlated with tumor size (χ2 = 9.404, P = 0.020) = 0.048). The expression of MVD in lung cancer tissues was 43.60 ± 7.57, which was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (30.25 ± 7.61). There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (t = 7.314, P = 0.00). MVD was correlated with tumor size, differentiation and TNM stage (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between CSE and MVD, t = 3.65, P = 0.010. CONCLUSIONS: CSE is involved in the angiogenesis of tumors and may be of great significance for the development of lung cancer.
