(本刊讯)2001年4月20日,联想集团有限公司在新世纪的第一个誓师大会在北京召开。全国人大常委会副委员长周光召、信息产业部副部长吕新奎、中国科学院副院长杨柏龄以及国家经贸委、国家技术监督局、中关村科技园区管委会、海淀园管委会、中国消费者协会等部门的有关领导参加了此次大会。 大会上,联想回顾了2000年的业绩,全面阐述了今后3年公司的发展方向和战略规划。联想集团新任总裁兼CEO杨元庆及其领导下的新的领导团队首次亮相。在题为“新世纪、新战略、新征程”的主题报告中,杨元庆指出,联想制定战略的基本原则是满足客户需求,联想将以因特网为核心,全面客户导向为原则,满足家庭、个人、中小企业、大行业大企业四类客户的需求,为其提供针对性的信息产品和服务。为此,联想将划分出六大业务群组,并制定了七条战略路线。杨元庆指出,未来的联想将是“高科技的联想、服务的联想、国际化的联想”。他将联想的使命概括为四“为”,即:为客户、为员工、为股东、为社会。

At the conference, Lenovo reviewed the performance in 2000 and comprehensively expounded the company’s development direction and strategic plan for the next three years. Lenovo Group’s new president and CEO Yang Yuanqing and under the leadership of the new leadership team debut. In his keynote speech entitled “New Century, New Strategy and New Journey,” Yang Yuanqing pointed out that the basic principle of Lenovo’s strategy formulation is to meet the needs of customers. Lenovo will regard the Internet as the core and comprehensive customer orientation as principles to meet the needs of families, individuals, SMEs, large industries and large enterprises four types of customer needs, to provide targeted information products and services. To this end, Lenovo will be divided into six major business groups and developed seven strategic lines. Yang Yuanqing pointed out that the future association will be “a high-tech association, a service association and an international association.” He summarizes Lenovo’s mission as four “as”, namely: for customers, employees, shareholders, for the community.
