大肠杆菌O157:H7是肠出血性大肠杆菌(EHEC)的一个主要菌型,具有一般大肠杆菌的形态和生化特性,但不发酵或迟缓发酵山梨糖醇。传染源是带菌动物和感染患者和无症状携带者,可通过食物、饮水和接触等途径传播,老人和儿童容易发病且症状往往较重,易伴有严重的并发病。保证食物和饮水的安全是主要的预防措施。
Escherichia coli O157: H7 is a major form of enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC) that has the morphological and biochemical properties of E. coli in general but does not ferment or slowly ferment sorbitol. Sources of infection are infected animals and infected patients and asymptomatic carriers, through food, water and exposure and other means of transmission, the elderly and children prone to onset and the symptoms are often heavier, easily accompanied by serious complications. Maintaining food and drinking water safety is a major precautionary measure.
