[目的]探讨整合素连接激酶(integrin-linked kinase,ILK)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在结肠癌发生中的意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测ILK和E-cadherin在50例结肠恶性肿瘤、25例正常结肠标本中的表达情况,采用Western blot法检测ILK和E-cadherin在30例结肠恶性肿瘤及正常结肠标本中的表达。[结果]免疫组化结果:结肠癌组织中ILK阳性表达率为66.0%(33/50)明显高于正常结肠组织24.0%(6/25);而E-cadherin阳性表达率为42.0%(21/50)则明显低于正常结肠组织中的表达96.0%(24/25);ILK与E-cadherin在结肠癌中的异常表达与浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Western blot结果显示:ILK在结肠癌组织中的表达显著高于正常组织(P<0.05)。[结论]ILK及E-cadherin与结肠癌侵袭、转移行为密切相关,ILK和E-cadherin的联合检测将有助于判断结肠癌患者的预后。
[Objective] To explore the significance of integrin-linked kinase (ILK) and E-cadherin in the development of colon cancer. [Methods] The expression of ILK and E-cadherin in 50 cases of colorectal malignant tumor and 25 cases of normal colon specimens were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The expression of ILK and E-cadherin in 30 cases of colorectal cancer and normal Expression in colon specimens. [Results] The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression rate of ILK in colon cancer tissues was 66.0% (33/50), which was significantly higher than that in normal colon tissues (24.0%, 6/25), while the positive expression rate of E-cadherin was 42.0% (21 / 50) was significantly lower than that in normal colorectal tissues (96.0%, 24/25). The abnormal expression of ILK and E-cadherin in colon cancer was related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Western blot results showed that the expression of ILK in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P <0.05). [Conclusion] ILK and E-cadherin are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer. Combined detection of ILK and E-cadherin will be helpful to evaluate the prognosis of patients with colon cancer.
