目的观察牡蛎肉水提液对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法4月龄的雌性大鼠行双侧卵巢摘除术后,给予牡蛎肉水提液灌胃3个月后处死,三点弯曲实验测定股骨生物力学,对胫骨上段松质骨进行不脱钙骨组织形态计量学分析。结果牡蛎肉水提液组大鼠与去卵巢组大鼠相比,最大载荷、最大挠度、最大应力和弹性模量均增加,骨小梁面积百分数(%Tb.Ar)、骨小梁数量(Tb.N)及骨小梁宽度(Tb.Th)增加,骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)和单位小梁面积破骨细胞数(Oc.N)下降。结论牡蛎肉水提液能够预防去卵巢大鼠的骨质疏松。
Objective To observe the effect of oyster meat extract on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods Four-month-old female rats underwent bilateral ovariectomy. After the oyster meat aqueous extract was given orally for 3 months, the femoral biomechanics were measured by three-point bending test. The non-decalcified bone in the upper tibial cancellous bone Histomorphometry analysis. Results Compared with the ovariectomized rats, the maximum load, the maximum deflection, the maximum stress and the elastic modulus of the oyster meat aqueous extract group rats were increased, the percentage of trabecular bone (% Tb.Ar), the number of trabecular Tb.N), trabecular width (Tb.Th), trabecular separation (Tb.Sp) and trabecular area osteoclast number (Oc.N) decreased. Conclusion Oyster meat water extract can prevent osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.
