目的:研究有机锗(Ge-132)对健康成人白细胞吞噬氧化活性的影响。方法:采用改良的人全血化学发光法测定Ge-132相当于在全血中所测定血浆浓度中Ge元素含量的:①10、100、1000、2000倍时白细胞的化学发光值;②10倍加5μg氢化可的松时白细胞的发光值。结果:①Ge-132对应的锗量在低于所测定血浆浓度锗量的100倍时,对白细胞的吞噬氧化活性具有显著激发作用,而Ge-132在高于所测定血浆浓度的锗量的1000倍时,Ge-132对白细胞反而具有显著抑制作用;②Ge-132对氢化可的松不具拮抗作用。结论:此结果为临床补Ge、口服保健药Ge-132的剂量大小及阐明其作用机理提供参考依
Objective: To investigate the effect of Ge-132 on the phagocytic activity of leucocytes in healthy adults. METHODS: Ge-132 was assayed for the content of Ge in plasma determined by modified human whole blood chemiluminescence: (1) Chemiluminescence of leukocytes at 10, 100, 1000, and 2000 times; Cortisol luminous value of white blood cells. Results: ① Ge-132 corresponds to a germanium content less than 100 times the measured plasma concentration of germanium, which has a significant stimulating effect on phagocytic oxidation activity of leukocytes, while Ge-132 is at a level above the measured plasma concentration of germanium 1000 Fold, Ge-132 has a significant inhibitory effect on leukocytes; ②Ge-132 has no antagonistic effect on hydrocortisone. Conclusion: This result provides a reference for clinical dosage of Ge, oral dosage of health-care medicine Ge-132 and elucidation of its mechanism of action
