经济社会的发展,人们不但注意经济生活水平的提高,更加开始注重个人身体健康的发展,所以开始致力于体育锻炼,形成当前体育运动盛行的发展现状。就体育运动训练而言,其质量的提高不是指训练强度的提高,而是指参与训练人员思想上的放松,让训练人员在轻松自在的环境中达到训练的最佳效果。本文就放松思想在体育运动训练中的应用进行分析,以提高训练质量、强化人们身体素质的目的。
Economic and social development, people not only pay attention to raising the level of economic life, but also began to focus on the development of personal health, so began to commit themselves to physical exercise to form the current development of sports popular prevalence. As far as sports training is concerned, the improvement of its quality does not mean the improvement of training intensity, but rather the relaxation of thinking of participating trainers so that trainers can achieve the best training effect in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
