课程实施决策者、课程实施者、课程接受者三者共同构成影响课程实施的三大主体因素。教师作为影响课程实施的因素之一,既要通过课程决策者了解课程实施的基本精神和总体思路,并将之以具体知识的形式予以传授,又要通过课程接收者,即学生获取课程实施的效果及反馈。通过三重双向反馈/沟通系统的建立,课程决策者、教师、学生可以在课程实施过程中保持良性沟通,使课程体系维持自身平衡,并推动课程实施的顺利进行。
