近年来由于超低磷级钢种的需要量增加,由于为适应钢包精炼和连铸的需要而提高出钢温度,导致转炉脱磷负荷加重以及由于转炉渣的利用问题尚未圆满解决等原因,进行了关于铁水预处理的大量研究工作。本文从热力学方面讨论铁水脱硅和脱磷,这不仅适用于铁水预处理,也适用于钢包精炼~([1])。 1.渣-金属反应的研讨涉及Si,P,S,Mn的渣-金属的平衡,以分子形式表达如下:
