易县全力推进林业综合执法改革

近年来,易县林业行政执法工作始终坚持以《中华人民共和国森林法》、《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》等法律法规为依据,依法行政,严格执法,依法治林,适时开展林业执法专项行动,严历打击破坏森林资源的各种违法犯罪活动,为加强生态环境建设、保护森林资源、促进林业法制建设,做出了积极的努力。但是,从该县近几年开展林业行政执法的总体情况来看,传统林业行政执法体制已暴露出越来越多的问题,特别是《行政诉讼法》、《行政许可法》实施以后,对林业行政执法提出了更严格的要求,这就要求林业综合执法必须适应新形势,正视林业行政执法存在的问题,提出改进和完善的具体措施,把全县的林业行政执法工作提高到一个新的水平上。一是打破原有设置,重建执法机构。整合林业局所 In recent years, Yi County forestry administrative law enforcement always adhere to the “People’s Republic of China Forest Law”, “People’s Republic of China Administrative Punishment Law” and other laws and regulations as the basis, according to the law, strictly enforce the law, forest by law, timely and special forestry enforcement action And severely cracked down on all kinds of illegal and criminal activities that undermine the forest resources and made active efforts to strengthen ecological environment construction, protect forest resources and promote forestry legal system construction.
