Eating sugars helps to prolong the lifespan of oviparous parasitic wasps with host feeding characteristics. In order to clarify the difference of nutrition function between common sugar and egg-feeding parasitoids in nature, this study compared the effects of five kinds of common sugars such as glucose, fructose, sucrose, trehalose and melezitose on the dominant parasitic leaf miner Effect of female bee Diglyphus sisaea on egg life and egg occurrence. The results showed that the longevity of female wasp was significantly prolonged with 5 kinds of sugar (P <0.0001). The longevity of female wasps fed with fructose was significantly longer than that with glucose, sucrose, trehalose and melezitose (P <0.0001 (P> 0.4234), but were significantly longer than that of feeding melezitose (P <0.0001). Meanwhile, the longevity of female bees and their individual size Respectively, a significant positive correlation. There was no grade Ⅲ egg (ie, mature egg) in the oviposit stage of females at first emergence. The level Ⅲ egg reached its peak in the ovary after 24 hours of water treatment, and all the eggs were reabsorbed after 48 hours. The number of Ⅲ eggs and the total number of eggs showed a significant increase and then decreased gradually. Females fed different carbohydrates formed different peak time, and the peak of Ⅲ-oocyte among the females fed different sugars There was no significant difference in the number of days and the total number of egg peak day (P> 0.05). The results provide a basis for a large number of indoor feeding and field release of the latent mosquito Hymenoptera.
