扶余市委为不断提高干部考察工作的科学性和系统性,全面准确地识别干部,提高干部选任质量,采取“五结合”方式构建良性考察机制,助推全市干部的考察、选用工作步入良性发展轨道。集中考核与日常了解相结合,多时段考察。采取听汇报、查资料、问民意等方式,考核领导班子和领导干部的各方面表现;利用检查督促、下基层调研、年终考核等时机,采取“暗访”的方式,了解领导干部日常表现;采取“跟踪”的方式,在落实安排部署、解决实际问题等具体过程中持续跟进了解领导干部表现。
