目的 :分析比较地蚕不同药用部位即根茎和地上植株部分的挥发油化学成分异同。方法 :采用气相色谱—质谱联析技术。结果 :从根茎中分离出 2 5个色谱峰 ,鉴定出其中 2 0个化合物 ,占挥发油总量的 98.2 9% ;从地上植株部分分离出 37个色谱峰 ,鉴定出其中 33个化合物 ,占挥发油总量的 98.4 3%。结论 :两个部位的挥发油主要成分相似 ,均为长链脂肪酸及其酯 ,其中十六烷酸 (hexadecanoicacid) ,分别占各自挥发油总量的 5 9.6 7%和 5 1.83% ,此外还有 5种成分相同 ,它们分别占挥发油总量的 8.6 0 %和 8.6 7%。
Objective : To analyze the similarities and differences of chemical constituents of volatile oils in different medicinal parts of the silkworm, ie, rhizomes and above-ground plants. Methods : Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technique was used. RESULTS: Twenty-five peaks were isolated from rhizomes, and 20 compounds were identified, accounting for 98.29% of the total volatile oil. 37 peaks were isolated from above-ground plants and 33 compounds were identified, accounting for volatile oils. 98.4 3% of the total. Conclusion: The main components of the volatile oil in the two parts are similar. They are long-chain fatty acids and their esters, among which hexadecanoic acid, which accounts for 59.67% and 5 1.83% of the total volatile oil, respectively. There are also 5 kinds of volatile oils. The same composition, they accounted for 8.60% and 8.67% of the total volatile oil.
