目的以静脉血糖检测值为对照,通过比较指血、耳血与静脉血血糖值的差异,研究耳血血糖值测定是否能用于临床检测。方法选择天津市第四中心医院2型糖尿病患者300例作为研究对象,同时采集指血、耳血及静脉血,分别用快速血糖测定仪和全自动生化分析仪检测血糖,比较指血、耳血及静脉血的血糖值差异。结果按正规操作,2种检测方法所测指血、耳血血糖值及静脉血糖值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床检测血糖时,可根据患者病情选择指血及耳垂末梢血。 Objective To compare venous blood glucose test value, by comparing the blood, ear blood and venous blood glucose differences to study whether the ear blood glucose level can be used for clinical testing. Methods 300 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Fourth Central Hospital of Tianjin were enrolled in this study. Finger, blood and blood were collected at the same time. Results According to the formal operation, there was no significant difference in blood glucose, blood glucose level and venous blood glucose between the two methods (P> 0.05). Conclusion Clinical blood glucose test, according to the patient’s condition to choose finger and blood and ear tip of the peripheral blood.
