采用体外和体内实验研究了酒精对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明酒精在体外和体内均可使大鼠肝匀浆和线粒体脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著增加,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。体内研究还发现酒精可使大鼠肝脏和线粒体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性显著降低(P<0.05),但对肝脏和线粒体超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性则没有明显影响(P>0.05)。本研究进一步证实酒精具有显著的致肝脏脂质过氧化作用。
The effects of alcohol on lipid peroxidation in rat liver were studied in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that both ethanol and mitochondrial lipid peroxides (LPO) content and the content of reduced glutathione (GSH) in rat liver and plasma were significantly decreased in vitro and in vivo (P <0.05). In vivo studies also found that alcohol can significantly reduce the activity of GSH-Px in liver and mitochondria of rats (P <0.05), but inhibit liver and mitochondrial superoxide dismutase (SOD) Activity had no significant effect (P> 0.05). This study further confirmed that alcohol has a significant liver lipid peroxidation.
