目的:探讨不同比例东氯合剂对小鼠和大鼠的急性毒性。方法:用Blis法和Brownle序贯法分别测定不同比例东莨菪碱与氯丙嗪组合成不同比例东氯合剂后对小鼠、大鼠的半数致死量(LD50)。结果:不同比例东氯合剂对小鼠的(LD50)分别为0∶1(367±035mL·kg-1),033∶1(406±030mL·kg-1),1∶1(426±024mL·kg-1),3∶1(388±028mL·kg-1)。同时东氯合剂(1∶1)对雌性小鼠LD50为393±022mL·kg-1而对雄性小鼠LD50为458±033mL·kg-1;对大鼠的LD50为386±030mL·kg-1。结论:东氯合剂(1∶1)即东莨菪碱(03mg·mL-1)和氯丙嗪(125mg·mL-1)毒性最低,且对雌性小鼠毒性大于雄性。
Objective: To investigate the acute toxicity of different proportions of dongluk mixture to mice and rats. Methods: The LD50 of mice and rats were determined by Blis method and Brownle sequential method respectively after the different proportions of scopolamine and chlorpromazine were combined into different ratios. Results: The LD50 of different proportions of Donglu mixture were 0: 1 (367 ± 035mL · kg-1), 033:1 (406 ± 030mL · kg-1 ), 1: 1 (426 ± 024mL · kg-1), 3:1 (388 ± 028mL · kg-1). At the same time, the LD50 of Dongqing mixture (1: 1) in female mice was 393 ± 022 mL · kg-1 and that of male mice was 458 ± 033 mL · kg-1. The LD50 3 86 ± 0 30mL · kg-1. CONCLUSION: Donglian mixture (1: 1), scopolamine (03 mg · mL-1) and chlorpromazine (125 mg · mL-1) have the lowest toxicity and toxicity to female mice than male ones.
