粉末冶金航空刹车副在刹车过程中的温度场的形成过程及分布对航空刹车副的使用和安全性能具有重要意义。通过分析航空刹车副在飞机不同状态下的使用条件,针对现有试验条件和飞机对航空刹车副使用的影响因子,对不同刹车过程中刹车副温度场的形成和分布进行了检测和研究,结果表明:在航空刹车副使用过程中,刹车盘温升远大于其他附件的温升;刹车盘中由于散热条件不同,承压盘温升大于其他组成部件的温升,并随其向压力座方向推进而降低。根据研究结果描述了粉末冶金航空刹车副温度场的形成过程和分布规律,为刹车副的结构设计和材料设计提供了理论依据。
