东城区现有公办中学、小学、幼儿园154所,校级正职干部185人。“十二五”期间,退休69人,新任56人,校长队伍新老交替现象凸显。东城区教育“精品特色”的战略构想对校长队伍建设提出了挑战。为切实加强校长队伍建设,关注校长成长,东城区委教工委成立了“东城区基础教育领域优秀校长成长轨迹的研究”课题组,以区21位优秀校
Dongcheng District, the existing public high schools, primary schools, kindergartens 154, cadres of 185 university-level cadres. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, 69 people were retired and 56 were newly appointed principals. The strategic concept of Dongcheng District education “boutique features ” poses a challenge to the construction of principals and teams.
