用于压土系统及泥浆加压系统等方面的密闭机械式的盾构挖掘机不能对有隔墙的工作面作直接监视,而在压土系统中采用盾构挖掘机时,需要边看室内压土数值及螺旋输送机的旋转数等许多测值,一边进行挖掘管理。实际上,虽然操作机房内有很多仪表,但由于只表示出瞬时值,而没有收集数据的机能,所以不能分析数据以指导后面的施工。这样,盾构挖掘机运转的情况如何,很大程度上有赖于驾驶员的经验及机敏程度。新开发的盾构挖掘管理体系KSCS(KAJIMA SHIELD CONTROL
