针对管道回拖过程中容易出现卡钻的问题,提出3种解决方法:夯管锤振击解卡、滑轮组解卡以及夯管锤和滑轮组配合解卡。以林头村抚河穿越工程为例,在夯管锤振击解卡和滑轮组解卡均失败的情况下,采用夯管锤和滑轮组配合解卡的现场操作工艺。结果表明:经过4d解卡施工,管道完全从孔洞中拖回地面,管道和防腐层完好无损,仅焊口处的防腐带略有剥裂。由于滑轮组行程存在一定弊端以及缺乏钢丝绳防护措施,夯管锤和滑轮组配合解卡的方法尚需进一步改进。
Aiming at the problem that stuck pipe is easy to come back during the process of pipe pullback, three solutions are put forward: rammer pipe hammering solution card, pulley block solution card and rammer pipe and pulley block. In the case of Fuhe crossing project in LinTou Village, for example, under the circumstance that rammer pipe hammering solution card and pulley block solution card fail, the rammer pipe and pulley block are adopted to cooperate with the operation process of the solution card. The results show that after 4 days of construction, the pipeline is completely drained from the hole to the ground, the pipeline and the coating are intact, and the anticorrosion zone at the weld only slightly stripped. Due to the certain drawbacks of pulley block stroke and the lack of wire rope protection measures, the method of combining the pipe hammer and the pulley block needs to be further improved.
