丽政发[2014]27号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:加快发展光伏发电产业,对进一步优化我市能源结构、推进能源生产和消费革命、创建国家生态文明先行示范区等具有重要意义。根据《国务院关于促进光伏产业健康发展的若干意见》(国发[2013]24号)、《浙江省人民政府关于进一步加快光伏应用促进产业健康发展的实施意见》(浙政发[2013]49号)等文件精神,现就促进我市光伏发电产业健康发展提出如下意见。
