一、资料来源与对象全部资料取自“山东省卫生部门事业单位卫生技术人才管理信息库”。该库录入的数据以1989年4月底的人才信息为样本。分析按项目结构在电子计算机上进行。调查对象为在行政管理岗位上从事卫生管理工作,属以下3种情况之一者:(1)有专业技术职务(称)者;(2)虽无技术职称但有中专以上学历者;(3)有副科级以上行政职务或任乡镇卫生院正副院长、书记职务者。 I. Sources and Targets All the information was obtained from the “Health and Technology Talent Management Information Bank of Public Health Units in Shandong Province.” The data entered by the library is based on the talent information at the end of April 1989. The analysis is performed on the electronic computer according to the project structure. The survey respondents were engaged in health management work in administrative positions and were among the following three conditions: (1) those with professional and technical titles (); (2) those who did not have technical titles but had secondary education qualifications; ( 3) There are administrative positions at or above the sub-department level or those who are deputy dean and secretary of township health centers.
