本文对自升式钻井平台拖航工况桩腿的外力、内力和应力设计标准进行了综合分析。分别按照美国船检局、英国劳氏船级社、挪威船级社和我国船检局的近海移动式钻井平台入级和建造规范对我国建造的自升式平台桩腿结构进行分析计算。将所得的结果列表并绘出曲线,进行了综合分析。其结论为应用近海移动式钻井平台入级与建造规范和对这种自升式平台设计提供适当的依据.
This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the design criteria of external force, internal force and stress of the self-elevating drilling rig’s towing working conditions. The leg structures of self-elevating platform built in our country were analyzed and calculated according to the classification and construction code of offshore moving drilling platform of the US Bureau of Ship Inspection, British Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas and China Ship Inspection Bureau respectively. The results of the list and draw the curve, a comprehensive analysis. The conclusion is to provide a suitable basis for applying the classification and construction codes for offshore mobile drilling platforms and for designing such jack-up platforms.
