通过二汽锻造厂四个锻压机基础的加固和十余个锻压机基础的振动测定,发现在锻压机工作时,其基础受力情况及振动情况十分复杂。以往在设计锻压机基础时,一般只计算基础在完成锻压机工序后滑块开始回程的瞬间所引起的垂直振动,而实际上在离合器接合后飞轮带动曲轴转动及滑块下行阶段的不平衡扰力还产生垂直振动及水平与回转振动。后者有时大于前者,不可忽略不计。但计算水平振动,目前尚有许多困难。本文就锻压机基础设计中存在的问題作一初步探讨。
Through the reinforcement of the four forging press foundations of the No. 2 Ford Plant and the determination of the vibrations of more than ten forging presses, it was found that when the forging press is working, its basic force conditions and vibrations are very complicated. In the past, when designing the forging press foundation, only the vertical vibration caused by the start of the return stroke of the foundation after completing the forging press process was generally calculated. However, in fact, after the clutch is engaged, the flywheel drives the rotation of the crankshaft and the unbalanced disturbance of the downward movement of the slider. Force also produces vertical vibration and horizontal and rotational vibration. The latter is sometimes greater than the former and cannot be ignored. However, there are still many difficulties in calculating horizontal vibrations. This article makes a preliminary discussion on the problems existing in forging press basic design.
