中国饮食文化源远流长,且与安身养性、社会交往、宗教信仰、安邦定国等密切相关。饮食乃人存续与发展之根本,饮食之道不仅能挺立生命,而且能助益于处理丰富的伦理关系,同时其内蕴的道德意涵可引导人们走向道德之域。人在与家庭、社会、自然、宗教等不同层面的对象交往时,依据饮食之道所展现的伦理特质,树立了生机原则、返本原则、人情原则与等差伦理原则。与此同时,饮食之道应用于自然食物采猎、家庭生活、政治燕飨与祭祀祈福等场合,又能发挥出修身、教化与调和功能,最终指向天地、神鬼、人的和谐统一。
The Chinese food culture has a long history, and is closely related to keeping one’s life, social interaction, religious belief, peace and stability. Diet is the basis for the survival and development of people. The dietary approach can not only stand up for life, but also help to deal with the rich ethical relations. At the same time, its intrinsic moral meaning can guide people to the moral domain. When interacting with people at different levels such as family, society, nature and religion, people establish the principle of vitality, return to capital, principle of human nature and principle of equivocal ethics based on the ethical qualities of the diet. At the same time, the diet is applied to the occasions of natural food hunting, family life, political swagger and sacrificial blessing. It can also exert its functions of self-cultivation, enlightenment and reconciliation, and finally point to the harmony of world, ghosts and people.
