党的十六届四中全会明确提出要加强社会建设和管理,推进社会管理创新。党的十七大进一步把社会管理创新纳入更加完备的体系性框架之中。因此,社会管理创新成为全国政法工作的“社会矛盾化解、社会管理创新、公正廉洁执法”三大重点工作之一。检察工作如何融入社会管理创新大格局,检察机关如何积极在创新社会管理实践中给力作为?笔者根据工作实践,仅就监所检察工作在社会管理创新中的作为谈几点建议。一、检察工作参与社会管理创新的定位,决定了监所检察必须作为 The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee clearly proposed that we should strengthen social construction and management and promote social management innovation. How can procuratorial work integrate into the grand pattern of social management innovation and how the procuratorial organ should actively give its contribution to the management of innovative society? According to the work practice, the author only makes some suggestions on the supervision of procuratorial work in social management innovation.
