目的:制备金连流感合剂并对其疗效进行临床观察。方法:煎煮法配制金连流感合剂,以双黄连口服液为对照组, 观察临床疗效。结果:制剂处方设计合理,疗效确切,治疗组134例,总有效率达97．0％。对照组130例,总有效率达84．6％。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0．05)。结论:金连流感合剂质量可靠,疗效显著。
Objective: To prepare Jinlian flu mixture and observe its curative effect clinically. Methods: A decoction method was used to prepare Jinlian Flu Mixture. Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid was used as a control group to observe the clinical efficacy. RESULTS: The formulation prescription was rationally designed and the curative effect was definite. There were 134 patients in the treatment group with a total effective rate of 97.0%. In the control group of 130 cases, the total effective rate was 84.6%. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jinlian flu mixture has reliable quality and significant curative effect.
