校本教研是推动教师专业发展的重要途径,是以教师为本解决教师实际需求的重要手段。经过几年来学校校本教研模式的实践,我校校本教研工作取得了一定的实效,使不同层面的教师教学能力和水平在校本教研中得到了提高。一、问题的提出一是校本培训还存在着重形式、轻内容,重成果、轻效果,培训针对性不强的问题。部分教师还缺乏对校本教研的意识,没有把它作为教师专业成长,学校自主发展的有效途径。二是教师缺乏自主意识,忽视实践中的自我培
