目的建立测定止痒消炎水中苦参碱含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil ODS-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%三乙胺(10∶90),检测波长为220 nm。结果苦参碱进样量在0.207 04~2.070 4μg(r=0.999 8)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.35%(n=9)。结论该法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of matrine in antipruritic water. Methods The chromatographic column was Kromasil ODS-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% triethylamine (10:90) and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results The matrine injection showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.207 04-2.070 4 μg (r = 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.7% and a RSD of 1.35% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
