热力站是城市集中供热系统中热网与热用户的连接场所,是用来转换供热介质种类,改变介质参数,分配、控制及计量供给热用户热量的设施。在热力站内安装有与用户连接的有关设备、管道、阀门、仪表和控制装置。集中供热系统的热水管网存在水力工况不稳定,水力分配也比较复杂,在供热系统中,我们都希望网络中的流量能按设计值分配到各热用户系统中去。实际上,一套供热系统无论设计多么可靠,水力计算多么准确,投入运行后,总会有某些用户的流量或温度达不到要求,水力失调现象不可避免,因此要想均衡按需供热必须进行调节与控制。本文针对目前集中供热系统中水-水换热的热力站的自动控制与调节方法进行相应的分析与探讨。
The thermal station is the connection place of the heating network and the heating user in the central heating system of the city, and is a facility for converting the type of the heating medium, changing the medium parameters, and distributing, controlling, and metering the heat of the heating user. In the heating station, relevant equipment, pipes, valves, meters, and control devices connected with the user are installed. There are unstable hydraulic conditions in the hot water pipe network of the centralized heating system, and the hydraulic distribution is also more complicated. In the heating system, we all hope that the flow in the network can be allocated to each thermal user system according to the design value. In fact, no matter how reliable a set of heating system is, how accurate the hydraulic calculation is, after operation, there will always be some users whose flow or temperature does not meet the requirements. The phenomenon of hydraulic imbalance is unavoidable. Therefore, it is necessary to balance the demand on demand. Heat must be adjusted and controlled. This article analyzes and discusses the automatic control and regulation method of the thermal station of water-water heat transfer in the centralized heating system.
