Since Matsushita Electric set up its air-conditioning company in April this year, Panasonic has been steadily revising internal policies and modifying its air-conditioning department’s strategy. On May 27, Matsushita Electric Industrial held a press conference in Tokyo and announced that it will achieve sales of 700 billion yen by the end of fiscal year 2018, an increase of 52% over 2014 fiscal year.
