目的:检测精原细胞瘤中M2A、AP-2γ、OCT3/4、PLAP和CD117的表达情况,探讨这些标记物在该肿瘤病理诊断及鉴别诊断中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测40例睾丸精原细胞瘤中M2A、AP-2γ、OCT3/4、PLAP和CD117的表达情况。结果:M2A、AP-2γ、OCT3/4、PLAP和CD117阳性表达率分别为95.0%、87.5%、72.5%、67.5%和75.0%,在13例PLAP表达阴性的精原细胞瘤中M2A和AP-2γ的阳性表达率分别为84.6%和76.9%。M2A、AP-2γ表达与OCT3/4、PLAP、CD117的表达比较,差异有显著性;M2A与AP-2γ表达之间比较,差异无显著性,OCT3/4、PLAP与CD117间比较,差异也无显著性。结论:精原细胞瘤中M2A、AP-2γ高水平表达,可以作为诊断精原细胞瘤、特别是PLAP标记阴性的精原细胞瘤的免疫组化标记物,可作为鉴别诊断的有用指标。
Objective: To detect the expression of M2A, AP-2γ, OCT3 / 4, PLAP and CD117 in seminoma and to explore the significance of these markers in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the tumor. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of M2A, AP-2γ, OCT3 / 4, PLAP and CD117 in 40 cases of testicular seminoma. Results: The positive rates of M2A, AP-2γ, OCT3 / 4, PLAP and CD117 were 95.0%, 87.5%, 72.5%, 67.5% and 75.0% respectively. CONCLUSION: The high expression of M2A and AP-2γ in seminoma can be used as an immunohistochemical marker for the diagnosis of seminoma, especially PLAP-negative seminoma, which can be used as a useful marker for differential diagnosis.
