为解决低压井的捞砂问题,研究开发了主要包括地面提捞车和井下抽砂泵的低压井捞砂配套设备,在井架及作业机的配合下实施捞砂作业。现场使用结果表明,采用捞砂配套设备,清砂彻底,可延长油井生产周期,增加原油产量;消除了水力冲砂时冲砂液向地层漏失对油层造成的伤害和对稠油井注汽效果的不利的影响;降低了清砂成本,与冲砂法相比,平均单井可节约总费用3.32万元。为了更好应用捞砂配套设备,应该优选性能更佳的钢丝绳,实现抽砂泵系列化和配备井口防喷装置。
In order to solve the problem of low-pressure well-drilling, research and development of low-pressure well sand-supporting equipment mainly including ground lift truck and downhole sand pump are carried out to implement sanding operation in cooperation with derrick and working machine.
