目前由于工业的迅速发展,水质污染问题日益受到重视。微量硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐等项目的测定,已成为监测水质污染程度的指标。微量硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐在一定条件下可转化为致癌物质,所以对其测定已成为食品、水质污染分析中必不可少的项目。微量硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的测定方法目前虽然较多,但当二者共存时,至今没有测定NO_3~-的理想方案。本文用置换法制取纯镉,将硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐进行测定。在实验条件上比前人有所改进,可获得满意的结果。另外,制药工业和染料工业的废水中,不同程度地含有苯胺、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐。关于苯胺对硝酸盐、业硝酸盐测定的影响及其消除办法,至今尚无报道。文本测定了其
