目的评估等亮度颜色图像翻转视诱发电位(CPRVEP)作为一种客观色觉检查在原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)所致的后天性色觉障碍的临床意义。方法对31眼原发性开角型青光眼和33眼正常对照测定CPRVEP,包括白/黑、红/黑、绿/黑、蓝/黑、红/绿和蓝/黄7种颜色棋盘格。所有被检查者同时作FM100hue试验。结果POAG患者的所有颜色CPRVEPP1潜时均明显延长,而P1波幅除蓝/黑外无明显变化。结论POAG所有颜色通道均受损,尤其是蓝/黑通道受损最严重,CPRVEP的P1潜时和蓝/黑P1波幅是判断POAG所致的后天性色觉障碍的敏感指标
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of inverted light-induced evoked potentials (CPR-VEP) as an objective colorimetric method for the detection of acquired photodamage caused by primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Methods CPRVEP was measured in 31 eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma and 33 eyes with seven color chessboard including white / black, red / black, green / black, blue / black, red / green and blue / yellow . All subjects were tested for FM100 hue at the same time. Results All patients with POAG color CPR VEPP1 latency were significantly prolonged, and P1 amplitude except blue / black no significant change. Conclusions All channels of POAG are impaired, especially blue / black channel. The P1 latency and blue / black P1 amplitude of CPR-VEP are the sensitive indexes for judging the color vision disorder caused by POAG
