近几年我国食用菌生产发展很快,品种增加,单位产量提高,总产量上升,生产技术明显改进,工厂化栽培发展也很快。2010年全国食用菌年产量已达2×107 t以上,但是我国对食用菌生物学特性、生长发育的理论研究还很落后,许多问题还拿不出科学的见解,远远落后于对动、植物生长发育、生物学特性的研究。这对于掌握食用菌生长规律,人工控制食用菌生长,提高产量、质量,提高食用菌的保健功效非常不利。这里就食用菌生长发育理论提出一点个人见解。
