为了解决某带纵筋筒形件机械加工困难、材料利用率以及生产效率低的问题,在对成形工艺进行理论分析的基础上提出了先热成形后冷整形的复合成形工艺。采用DEFORM-3D软件对成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了成形过程中金属的流动规律和成形力的变化。并通过试验验证了工艺的可行性,成形的筒形件符合力学性能和尺寸精度要求,尺寸公差仅为0.46 mm,达到了节材和高效生产的目的。
In order to solve the problem of mechanical processing difficulty, material utilization and low production efficiency of a longitudinal strip cylinder, a composite forming process of cold forming after hot forming was proposed based on the theoretical analysis of the forming process. The DEFORM-3D software was used to simulate the forming process, and the variation of metal flow and forming force during the forming process were analyzed. The feasibility of the process was verified through experiments. The formed cylindrical part conforms to the mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy requirements, and the dimensional tolerance is only 0.46 mm, achieving the purpose of material saving and efficient production.
