目的:评估生长发育期安氏Ⅱ1错非拔牙矫治中Forsus联合固定矫治器应用的临床疗效。方法:选择46名生长发育高峰期安氏Ⅱ1错不拔牙患者,随机分为两组,分别采用直丝弓矫治器配合Forsus或口外弓、颌间Ⅱ类牵引进行治疗,选择21例作为生长发育对照组。对矫治前(T1期)和治疗后(T2期)进行头影测量分析,使用单因素方差分析比较T1期3组病例各项测量值差异,以及组间治疗前后各测量值的差值,并对两治疗组间矫治疗程进行t检验。结果:Forsus组ANB、Wits值减小明显,上下颌骨长度差值增大显著。两治疗组下颌骨向前生长明显,Co-Go增加;两组病例均出现上前牙舌倾、伸长,下前牙唇倾,下颌第一磨牙近中移动,口外弓组更明显。Forsus组疗程明显短于口外弓组。结论:对生长发育高峰期安氏Ⅱ1错患者,Forsus矫治器可成为代替口外弓、Ⅱ类牵引有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Forsus combined with fixed appliance in non-extractive treatment of Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion during growth and development. Methods: Forty - six patients with Angle Ⅱ1 malocclusion were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were treated with straight wire appliance, Forsus or extraoral arch and intermaxillary traction. 21 cases were selected as growth Developmental control group. Before treatment (T1) and after treatment (T2) were measured by cephalometric analysis using single-factor analysis of variance T1 group of three cases of difference between the measured values, as well as between groups before and after treatment of the difference between the measured values and The treatment between the two treatment groups t test. Results: The Forsus group ANB, Wits value decreased significantly, the difference between the maxilla and mandible increased significantly. The mandibular growth of Co-Go increased in both treatment groups. Coagulation and lengthening of anterior teeth were observed in both treatment groups. The course of treatment in the Forsus group was significantly shorter than that in the extraoral bowel group. Conclusion: Forsus appliance can be an effective alternative to oral arch and Class Ⅱ traction in patients with Angle Ⅱ malocclusion at the peak of growth and development.
