利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和能谱分析研究不同铝含量的CoNiCrAlYRe合金在1000℃空气中的恒温氧化行为。结果表明:铝含量的增加促进了合金中富Cr相在γ、β相界面处的析出;铝含量的增加显著抑制了尖晶石氧化物的形成;高铝含量合金中存在的富Cr层有利于致密氧化膜的形成,从而降低了氧化速率,提高了合金的抗氧化性能。
X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy were used to investigate the isothermal oxidation behavior of CoNiCrAlYRe alloys with different Al contents in air at 1000 ℃. The results show that the increase of Al content promotes the precipitation of the Cr-rich phase at the interface of γ and β phases. The increase of Al content significantly inhibits the formation of spinel oxide. The Cr-rich layer present in the alloy with high Al content is favorable Dense oxide film formation, thereby reducing the oxidation rate and improve the oxidation resistance of the alloy.
