从5.12大地震以后,我国加强了对强震地区安全问题的关注。其中,深厚覆盖层上高土石坝的安全问题尤为突出。高土石坝是近现代最具经济效益的一种大坝,世界各国都是大力建造这种大坝,正是由于深厚覆盖层上高土石坝的重要性,对于深厚覆盖层上高土石坝抗震能力,人们非常关注。有人提出了一种深厚覆盖层上高土石坝极限抗震能力的研究方案,分别从稳定性、变形伸展度以及防渗等级几方面进行研究。根据高土石坝的稳定性、变形延展度以及防渗体巩固度等,再加上地形地理地貌等因素的考虑,我们初步认为,大坝的极限抗震能力为0.50~0.55g。
Since the 5.12 earthquake, China has stepped up its concern over the safety of strong earthquakes. Among them, the safety problems of high earth-rock dams on the deep overburden are particularly prominent. High embankment dam is one of the most economically efficient dams in modern times. All the countries in the world are constructing such dams. Due to the importance of high earth-rock dams on deep overburden, Ability, people are very concerned. A proposal was made for a study on the ultimate seismic capacity of high earth-rockfill dam on deep overburden. The research was carried out from the aspects of stability, deformation extensibility and seepage prevention grade. According to the stability of the high earth-rockfill dam, the deformation extension and the seepage-proof body consolidation, together with the consideration of topography, geomorphology and other factors, we initially consider that the ultimate seismic capacity of the dam is 0.50-0.55g.
