肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)在同种器官移植排斥反应中起重要的作用。Pentoxifylline(Ptx)是一种嘌呤类化合物,能够抑制TNFα的生物活性,并能减轻应用环孢素A(CsA)后所产生的毒性反应。本研究结果显示,单独应用Ptx或与低剂量CsA联合应用能够延长C3H/He小鼠同种(BABL/c)异位心脏移植物的存活时间,单独低剂量CsA治疗(2mg/kg,共12天)不能预防排斥反应的发生,可能与CsA剂量太低有关。
Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) plays an important role in allograft rejection. Pentoxifylline (Ptx) is a purine compound that inhibits the biological activity of TNFα and reduces the toxic effects of cyclosporin A (CsA). The results of this study showed that Ptx alone or in combination with low-dose CsA could prolong the survival time of the same-type (BABL / c) ectopic heart allograft in C3H / He mice with low dose CsA alone (2mg / kg, 12 Day) can not prevent the occurrence of rejection, which may be related to the low dose of CsA.
