在中国农历新年刚刚开启之际,表现在实体经济方面的需求不足与产能过剩,正在让各国的政府与市场头疼不已。“经济危机”成了我们生活中被提及率最高的一个词汇。如果说2008年是一个多灾多难的一年,那么,2009年我们依然不可以掉以轻心。今年是中国进入新世纪以来经济最困难的一年,温总理在1月19日主持国务院第二次全体会议时对刚刚开始的2009年做出这样的判断。
As the Lunar New Year has just started, the lack of demand in the real economy and overcapacity are causing headaches to governments and markets in various countries. The “economic crisis” has become the most frequently cited term in our lives. If 2008 is a troublesome year, then 2009 we still can not be taken lightly. This year marks the most difficult year for China’s economy since it entered the new century. Premier Wen made the judgment in 2009 when he hosted the second plenary meeting of the State Council on January 19.
