根据非福斯特电路的负阻抗变换特性,研究了有源宽带匹配网络。采用晶体管设计负阻抗变换器(NIC),结合传输矩阵对电路进行了分析。通过仿真和实验测试实现了在10~100MHz频率范围内的负电抗变换,其中20~60MHz频率范围内转换效率大于90%,测试结果与模拟结果基本一致,验证了负阻抗变换器的可行性和有效性。利用该电路结构能够对电小天线进行宽带匹配,提高天线的工作带宽和辐射性能。
According to the characteristics of negative impedance of non-Foster circuit, the active broadband matching network is studied. Transistor design negative impedance converter (NIC), combined with the transmission matrix analysis of the circuit. The negative reactance transformation in the frequency range of 10 ~ 100MHz is realized through the simulation and experimental tests. The conversion efficiency is more than 90% in the frequency range of 20 ~ 60MHz. The test results are in good agreement with the simulation results. The feasibility of the negative impedance converter is verified. Effectiveness. By using the circuit structure, it is able to perform broadband matching on the small electric antenna and improve the working bandwidth and the radiation performance of the antenna.
