研究了在硫酸加草酸混台溶液中铝阳极氧化膜的生长规律。发现草酸中加入少量硫酸的混合酸中恒电流密度阳极氧化时对应的电压时间关系曲线有双峰。随着硫酸浓度的增加,第二峰向第一峰靠近且持续时间缩短。提出了孔中存在硫酸和草酸竞争吸附的机制,解释了不同草酸加入量对阳极氧化曲线,膜生长速度、膜的硬度和耐磨性的影响程度基本相同的实验现象和双蜂出现的原因。
The growth of aluminum anodic oxide film in sulfuric acid and oxalic acid mixed solution was studied. Found that oxalic acid mixed with a small amount of sulfuric acid in the mixed acid constant current density anodization corresponding voltage time curve with doublet. As the concentration of sulfuric acid increases, the second peak approaches the first peak and the duration decreases. The mechanism of the competitive adsorption of sulfuric acid and oxalic acid in the pores was proposed. The experimental phenomena that the effect of different oxalic acid additions on the anodization curve, membrane growth rate, film hardness and wear resistance were basically the same, and the reasons for the occurrence of double bees were explained.
