灌木固沙是控制和固定流沙,防止风沙危害,改造利用沙荒地的有效措施。我县在七十年代中期开始应用,获得成功,八十年代得到大面积推广,约占防风固沙林面积的50—68%。为了探索灌木平茬经验,为今后大面积固沙林更新提供科学依据。我们于一九八三年十二月下旬,对200亩梭梭柽柳固沙林进行了平茬试验,萌发率100%。有效地缓解了沙地水分供耗矛盾,虽遇一九八四年干旱天气,生长仍然良好。现将试验结果总结如下:
Shrub-fixing sand is an effective measure to control and fix quicksand, prevent the harm of sand-blown sand and improve the utilization of deserted sand. My county started application in the mid seventies and achieved success. In the 1980s, it was popularized extensively, accounting for 50-68% of the area of sand-fixing forests. In order to explore the experience of shrub stubble, provide a scientific basis for the large-area sand reforestation in the future. In late December of 1983, we carried out stubble test on 200 mu sandy shrubs of Haloxylon ammodendron and the germination rate was 100%. This has effectively eased the contradiction between water supply and demand in the sand area. Despite the drought in 1984, the growth was still good. Now the test results are summarized as follows:
