目的探讨牛磺酸对二氧化硅所致大鼠肺纤维化的干预作用。方法将40只雄性、体质量为180~200g的SD大鼠随机分为4组:对照组、模型组、牛磺酸50mg/kg剂量组、牛磺酸100mg/kg剂量组;首先,气管内注入二氧化硅制备大鼠肺纤维化模型,然后,腹腔注射牛磺酸28d,1次/d;对照组和模型组大鼠给予等体积生理盐水。计算肺系数、测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力变化,病理切片观察大鼠肺纤维化程度。结果与模型组比较,牛磺酸50mg/kg剂量组(8.23±0.20)、牛磺酸100mg/kg剂量组(6.26±0.22)肺系数较模型组(10.08±0.52)明显降低(P<0.05)。血清中MDA含量牛磺酸50mg/kg剂量组(7.30±0.24)、牛磺酸100mg/kg剂量组(7.22±0.23)明显低于模型组(8.54±0.43)(P<0.05)。而牛磺酸组(290.52±13.55,291.19±13.04)SOD活力与模型组(255.97±7.38)比较,均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论牛磺酸对二氧化硅所致大鼠肺纤维化有一定的干预作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of taurine on pulmonary fibrosis induced by silica in rats. Methods Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 180 ~ 200g were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, taurine 50mg / kg group and taurine 100mg / kg group. First, intratracheal The model of pulmonary fibrosis was prepared by injecting silica. Then, taurine was intraperitoneally injected for 28 days once a day. In the control group and model group, rats were given equal volume of normal saline. The pulmonary coefficient was calculated, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum were measured, and the degree of pulmonary fibrosis was observed by pathological section. Results Compared with the model group, the lung coefficient of taurine 50 mg / kg (8.23 ± 0.20) and taurine 100 mg / kg (6.26 ± 0.22) was significantly lower than that of the model group (10.08 ± 0.52) (P 0. 05) . Conclusion Taurine has some effects on the pulmonary fibrosis induced by silica in rats.
