为了提高高能硝胺发射药工艺稳定性并为成型模具设计提供依据,利用毛细管流变仪研究了溶剂比、温度、硝化棉含氮量对硝胺发射药胶化物料流变性能的影响规律。通过对数据进行线性回归分析,得到了物料的非牛顿性指数n、粘流活化能△E_η。实验结果表明:物料流变性能呈现典型假塑性流体特征,随着剪切速率的增大,n值减小非牛顿性增强;表观粘度随着溶剂比增大、温度升高或含氮量的降低而降低。
In order to improve the process stability of high-energy nitramine propellants and provide the basis for the design of forming molds, the influence of solvent ratio, temperature and nitrogen content of nitrocellulose on the rheological properties of nitramine propellants was studied by capillary rheometer. Through the linear regression analysis of the data, the non-Newtonian index n, viscous flow activation energy △ E_η was obtained. The experimental results show that the rheological behavior of the material presents typical pseudoplastic flow characteristics. With the increase of the shear rate, the value of n decreases and the non-Newtonian property increases. The apparent viscosity increases with the solvent ratio, the temperature increases or the nitrogen content Lower and lower.
