病例简介:患者男,52岁,农民。1984年10月17日晨骑自行车外出途中,突感难受、心前区不适、憋气、四肢无力、恶心,继而出大汗,同伴将其送至某大队卫生所。测血压为60/40毫米汞柱,神清、面色白、脉弱、四肢冷,当时考虑为“休克”,即刻肌肉注射盐酸肾上腺素1支(1毫克),症状无缓解,遂转到当地卫生院。患者仍诉憋气,心悸加重。既往身体健康。查体:血压80/40毫米汞柱,脉搏100次/分。神清,急性病容。大汗淋漓。头颅五宫、颈部(—)。两肺 Case Description: Male patient, 52 years old, farmer.
